There is no added cost for these conference management tools. Each individual Moderator can have them set to his/her own preference. They can be changed at any time.
Entry/Exit tones
Distinct tones let you know when participants enter or exit the call. The default is to have the tones activated.
Name Prompt
Incoming participants are prompted to record their name prior to entering the call. By pressing *8, the Moderator can listen to an automated roll call, hearing the Participants' recorded names.
Name Announce
If you choose "Name Prompt", you can have the participants names played into the call as they enter or exit. This feature adds to the security of the call.
Live entry/Participant wait
The Moderator has the choice of allowing Participants to communicate with one another before the conference begins, or have them wait with music on hold until the Moderator has entered.
Web conferencing is not yet available but coming soon.

Excellent Junk Fax Filters
Junk fax controls aid you in eliminating unwanted faxes. All junk faxes are stored in your Junk Faxes Box for a period of 30 days.
