Warranty

Most of our products come with a manufacturers warranty but sometimes things break. Be sure to follow the return authorization instructions to avoid any delay in your service.

Prior to requesting a Return Manufactures Authorization (RMA), please take the time to troubleshoot the device. The following steps outline the RMA creation process. Each step must be completed to ensure that your RMA request is processed. The required form fields (indicated by an * and red text) must be provided.

The following steps outline the RMA creation process:

1. Select the type of RMA from the options below and click on the country specific button.
2. Enter your shipping and contact information.
3. Specify the product(s) that you would like for warranty service. Note: you will be asked for the serial number of each product you return.
4. Read the terms and conditions of your specific RMA and agree or disagree to the terms.
5. You will receive your RMA number and specific instructions for returning your defective unit for replacement via email, but please make the specified number of copies of the summary page. If you are not able to print the RMA instructions please write down your RMA number.

Shipping Terms: The responsibility for the shipping resides with you. We are not able to process COD.

We use FedEx for shipment to the US. In Canada we use Canada Post and Purolator as our primary Canadian shipping carriers.
